Im flexible on tuning frequency, it doesnt have to be that low. This is what i just ran through the calculator (in profile picture). So to tune to 40 hz I need an 8" diameter port at ~17" long?

For these particular drivers three 4" ports seem not necessary:

Red is a single 4" port

Orange is a couple of 4" ports

Yellow is a single 6" port

Based on the above either the two 4s or the single 6" will do fine.

Your input power in the graph is only 250 watts.

Ended up buying an 8" diameter aeroport that is 18" long. Judging from the port calculator I should be tuned around 40hz. Thanks for all the help and information.

Sounds good! Let us know how it works out, I suspect the difference in output is not going to be subtle.
