akuma4u Posted May 19, 2016 Author Report Share Posted May 19, 2016 Sounds like business as usual at crescendo.... i wish i was warned about possible customer service related issues when i made a thread before i made my purchase.. i believe i made a thread asking if i should get a crescendo amp or sundown and no one mentioned anything about crescendos customer service issues.. if i had known i would have picked sundown... i hate that i had to do this but i had to open a frikkin paypal dispute in order to get someone to hopefully and finally respond to my issue.. However, just because someone said brand A is ok doesn't mean you shouldn't have done some research on that company. Many people have had issues with Crescendo and warranty service claims. I'm sorry that you are now also a member of that club. well - i did do a lot of research and all i found was praise for the quality of their products and how it was "the best" or on par with sundown. I didnt hear one bad thing about their company.. well until it was too late but on the plus side.. they promptly responded this morning , hours after i opened up a paypal dispute.
