J_west07 Posted June 12, 2016 Report Share Posted June 12, 2016 I picked this amp up yesterday for free. I'm working on getting my girl a little system. I have her a kicker comp 12 and this amp now. What kind of power u think this amp really puts out? I know boss is junk lol but it was for free. I also have a Alpine mrv t-320. Which amp should I use the sub is only 150rms. Also have a 8" kicker L5 but I'm figuring the comp will be louder since it's a 12 and its in a ported box. The L5 is in a super small sealed box. What yal think? That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals. J_west07 Posted June 12, 2016 Author Report Share Posted June 12, 2016 She doesn't want anything crazy and I got the boss amp for free..... the kickers aren't junk and neither is the Alpine amp. they are just entry lvl.... she's gotta start somewhere. They lie to people that do not know any better with their inflated ratings. And not just by a little bit, by a LOT. If you really don't care about being lied to and want to support a company that rips off the public, that is your business. That being said, It should work. I know it's way over rated!that is seriously one of the worst brands out. I'm not supporting them I haven't spent any money with that company ever lol I have a crescendo encore 4.5k. this is just something to make a little bass.
