Can I get some true 600w RMS @ 2 ohm monoblock suggestions?

So, he currently has a Hifonics ZRX1216.1D on the way. Couldn't find a whole lot about the amp, especially anything Dyno wise. His electrical is also pretty shit but there's nothing I can do about that.

For only running 600 @ 2, should I leave things as they are or try to sway him elsewhere? Not trying to hate on Hifonics, just know from what I've read around here on them.
