Black F1
I have two american bass XFL 12s in a ported box with about 2 cubic feet per sub and tuned to 32-33 hz. I have a soundqubed 2200 powering them, mechman 250w alternator, and 2 gauge wire all around. I have 12 gauge going to the subs from yje amp but that will soon be replaced with 8 gauge when i take the subs out to carpet my box.. i have just some kind of regular battery .. they hit hard but not super hard. Is it my 2 gauge wires holding it back? I saw that 2 gauge can only transfer 180 amps and doing the math i saw that my amp at full power would be around 225 amps.. so would adding another run of 2 gauge or replacing it with 0 gauge help? Or maybe this is what 2200 watts should sound like? Im really not sure. Any help is appriciated

Kyblack76
If you were pullin more than the wire is rated for now, you be losing fuses and burning wire. What ohm load are you showing the amp nominal? SMD SUPER SELLER The Burban Build Blazer Build sold Acura trunk build sold

Black F1
Flip the box upside down in your head. Its a center console in my truck and the back part goes over the rear seat with the subs down firing.
