Help with removable panel in fourth order

I'm building a cut through in a Silverado and it's going to be four 12's in a fourth order box and my question is how to make a removable back panel for it? The port will be shooting into the cabin and the back of the subs will be in the ported side. If anyone has any pictures to that be real helpful thanks guys.

Those two videos are going to be about the best you would need. I just finished up the majority of my removable panels and used a combination of both of those videos. There isn't much of a deviation, from what i have researched, to installing a panel that you can remove.

I would recommend t nuts or a fastener of some type for all removable panels so you don't keep chewing up the wood from the screws with removal and install. If you want to brace it i would run a stringer across the opening where you want to put the panel and place t nuts on the back of it as well to add another area of rigidity. I plan on putting a sealant between the box and panel to make it air tight so that might be something else to look into.

I use caulking cord. It is soft like putty and doesn't harden.

You can find buytl rope locally at a lot of hardware stores, and it'll work for sealing overlapping panels. Also it's pretty cheap.
