infkt
Well i bought a cheap amp to power my DD 9515 for now and i got everything hooked up and i turned my car on and no power to the amp. I know the Positive is getting power and at the first the Negative sparked so i knew it worked and now it wont even spark if i ground it. the amp itself has no fuse. is there a way to bypass the Remote wire to see if thats why it wont turn on or did i fry my amp when the ground sparked? oh the amp is a SoundStorm 4000.1 ( i know its not the best gotta save more money )
Mosin
Well check your in-line fuse on the power. Quote Derp.

mbdblue
you can hook up your remote wire to an ACC line instead and see if that works.... infkt
Is it possible to cook an amp that doesn't have a fuse in the amp itself if you have it all hooked up and you put the ground to the car from the amp and it sparks. mbdblue
Ive seen sparks from a ground point and not frying an amp. that alone doesnt mean its done.
