BEEKAY
So I'm building a cpillar wall for my 2 Team AA 18s. The power for the Teams will be 2 Ampere 5ks. I have the shell pretty much built and it's around 28 cubic feet. I'm wondering what kind of design you guys would do with the given space? My music preference is 20-40hz however I rarely play anything higher than around 37. Any help is much appreciated. Shell Measurements: 47.5 wide 27.5 deep 40 tall

mrd6
Pictures would help a lot. Are those internal dimensions? My Build Log: http://www.stevemead...-sundown-power/ Team NorthWestSPL
mrd6
With that much space, id probably design a 6th order band pass. However, if that's out of your experience level, a standard ported box tuned ~25hz should play your 20-40hz range well. notorious97200
"I rarely play anything higher than around 37." : what kind of music are you listening to ? A low tuned ported box should do it for you. I'm always afraid of such monstrous subs in sealed chambers. I feel like you need to be very careful using those 4th order bandpass boxes on Team subs : got to watch, check, smell, everytime ! A 6th order bandpass would make me worry way less, but it's harder to design right. black BMW X1 2.0 l 192 hp OEM head unit, Amplifiers : Audison AP 8.9 amp with integrated DSP and Ampere Audio 1200. Focal ES 100 K in front doors, and Dayton RS 180 for midbass under the front seats. 2 SSA DEMONS 10" subs, in a 2.6 ft3 ported box. SecondSkin Damplifier on front doors, and Luxury Liner Pro for the cargo area.

From everything I have read it seems like ported or 6th order is my best bet. Thanks for the input guys.
