Amps won't turn on?

So both my Amps will not turn on.  All 4 batteries are at 12.2  resting. Key off I have that voltage to my amps. Key on and radio on it drops to 8 volts, truck running it stays at 8 volts. What could cause this?

whenever this happened to me it was a bad ground on my big 3. What kind of car do you have

Silverado 2500hd. I just redid my grounds today. Wasn't working beforehand. I have two parrellel 4/0 from frame to distribution block and two 1/0 to bass and single 1/0 to highs

i have 12.2 from bottom of my breaker by my battery bank and 8 at the amp when key is on. I would think my grounding setup is adequate but I will have to double check. All connections at the frame are bolted and the frame was ground to shinny metal

You have a bad connection somewhere. Double check all of your connections to make sure they are clean and tight. Disconnect the turn on lead to each amp. Use a jumper to turn each one individually to see if they all do it.

I don't think it has anything to do with the breaker. I'm going to go back and re clean all mounting surfaces. It absolutely has to be a bad connection somewhere. They turned on for a second today when I was driving home.
