Sundown X18 box

Slight problem here, the orange line is the width of the port, the white is the port center and the blue is where my length needs to stop but how do I stop it in the bend without getting closer to the back wall of the box smaller than the port width???

Just do your port like this:

 

 

You will maybe end up tuned a little lower than you planned but it will be close enough.

You could also stop at the orange line and be off on your tuning by just a small amount that you won't notice.
