Joe X
Your port area is rather low, you may be hitting above 30 m/s at higher power.
fyerbyrd22
specs looks fine..port area is not low, should be right at a solid spot actually, considering youre using aeros personal build in progress http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/188656-2013-kia-sorento-6-12-no-wall/ www.facebook.com/TurbulentDesigns
99blazer
I would email soundqubed and ask. Travis that works there is very knowledgeable. When I was building a box for an hdc4 12 they told me a 6inch aero isn't enough for it due the motorforce of the dc4 08 Ford F150

99blazer
Really........ I can read. all I am saying is they said a single 6 isn't even enough for a single 12. and With his specs his box is sitting at 7.8 cubes with sub and port displacements. Thats with out any bracing 08 Ford F150
ShadeTreeMechanic
Sure it will do something. But like Joe x said, the port velocity will be high at full power which will cause port compression and a decline in output from the ports. You need more port if you want to get everything you can out of it. 91 C350 Centurion conversion ( Four Door One Ton Bronco) 250A Alternator (Second Alternator Coming Soon) G65 AGM Up Front / Two G31 AGM in Back Pioneer 80PRS CT Sounds AT125.2 / CT Sounds 6.5 Strato Pro component Front Stage CT Sounds AT125.2 / Lanzar Pro 8" coax w/compression horn tweeter Rear Fill FSD 5000D 1/2 ohm (SoundQubed 7k Coming Soon) Two HDS315 Four Qubes Each 34hz (Two HDC3.118 and New Box Coming Soon)
