baron_of_bass
So, this was the first quad set up D.C. Power ever did on a GM vehicle (2004 Tahoe), so they a hell of a job on this bracket. I don't know what the competitors are using, but this bracket is made of 3/8 inch steel and has a bracket in the rear that bolts onto the block, again I don't know if they competitors offer this on their brackets. I don't know how many remember MLA but I have their adjustable voltage module iirf correctly low setting was 14.4 and hight was 15.2/3 worked flawlessly. Lastly I have 2 D.C. Power sp270s. Iirc they did between 150-170 amps at idle. I honestly don't know what this stuff sells for so I'm going to throw out a number and if it's too high or low please let me know. I don't want to dick anybody out of their money, just asking for a fair deal. Im was thinking about 300 obo plus shipping on the bracket, please be honest and let me if it's too much. MLA module 150 obo plus shipping dc power sp 270 - 250 obo (each only selling 2) plus shipping. Again, I don't want to gouge prices, so let me know if it seems like a fair deal. I have a pretty good history of transactions (high dollar) on SMD so you can always look up my seller feed back. Karkov
Do you have any way of helping me figure out if the bracket will fit my 2007 Tahoe? You can PM me if you want but will you explain more what all the wiring harness stuff is made for, like if I bought the bracket from you it would come with harness and does the harness include wiring for alts that aren't made for/with that module thing you were running? When did you order this new? Is the belt any good? Does it come with literally everything needed like bolts, nuts, etc (bracket) 2007 Chevy Tahoe (SOLD) 12 ~ FI Audio X series 10" w/BP option 2 ~ DC Audio 5.0K @0.67 3 ~ DC Audio 5.0K @1.0 2 ~ PPI 3 way sets (not installed yet) 1 ~ RF T400-4, 1 ~ RF T600-2, 1 ~ RF T600-4 4 ~ CT Sounds 5.25" Strato comps (rear fill only) 1 ~ XS Power D4800 1 ~ XS Power D3400 8 ~ XS Power XP3000 160 stock alt, Mechman 370 Elite, 185 DC Power 320+ Sq. baron_of_bass
It should fit your motor, I mean Chevy is still using the same 5.3s and 4.8s, but I'll check on my Silverado today. And it has all the bolts needed for installation. This bracket is stout man, I only ran it a couple thousand miles if that. That voltage module will work with any alts. Look up missing link audio and you'll get a better idea of what it is. I don't know how long you've been in the game, but a lot of people were running these. I don't have the belt for the alts. That's about the only thing I don't have anymore. I bought this bracket man I want to say in 2008. Team Bass-Hz

Karkov
Do GM large case alts fit in all the places for alts on bracket? PM best price 55350 for bracket and EVERYTHING that goes with it (just bracket or whatever including bolts, wires, pulley's, etc.) NO alts, NO module I would need the harness for the alts though to plug them all in together or whatever. I have two separate charging systems, stock alt for stock charging system, and Mechman 370 for stereo, I would be adding 2 more of the Mechman 370's using this bracket, all 3 would be internally regulated, but still need to plug them all in. baron_of_bass
Holy cow, completely forgot this thread was still here. This bracket is for large care alts. The alts in it now are D.C. Power 270SPs. The mla module is what has the "piggy backing" plugs built into it. Karkov I'm sorry my guy. If you're still interested in this let me know. Also, I'm adding 4 brand new in box sundown X8 v2 D4 subwoofers. Only taken out of the box the check impedance with my multi meter. I'm asking 210 plus shipping on these. Plus fees or you can gift it. Here re is my feed back thread. I've Sold a lot of higher priced items to members on here over the years. http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/134111-baron-of-bass-feedback-thread/#entry Team Bass-Hz
