I have a 2004 dodge dakota that haves a back seat that folds up and haves a place to store items.i want to make a speaker box that i can put in that place and was wondering if anyone has done it before and was able to still use the back seat. its about 6 inches deep and 5 feet long by about 2 feet wide. might be more i can get better measurements fri. i have 3 rockford fosgates hx2 10 inch but im sure i wont be able to use them in it was thinking maybe 8 inch subs opinions

Right now u have almost 4cubic feet which is a ton need real measurements, I would think about 5 sundown X6.5's would be pretty cool . Gonna be a lot of fiberglass.

I have an insert that looks just like the pic in the link just haves storage spots instead of speaker holes i dont mind cutting it up to make it into a speaker box

So i got the measurements and it if i use the old storage part i took out i would have 47 inches by 12 inches by 5 inches deep to keep the seats of the speakers could go 6 inches.  i could also get 15 inches wide but i would really be modifying the part witch i am not opposed to
