WalledSonic
That seat belt bolt. Many of those arent connected as securely as you'd think. Mine has a loose nut that catches the bolt, so its not firmly mounted via welding, etc. Do as mathew mentioned above or drill a new ground into a strudy metal component and install your own bolt in place. boomintahoe
No wonder your having issues. That is NOT a ground. That's a seat bracket which isn't even "grounded" to the floor of the vehicle.
ZDudas
So I need to drill a hole in the floor and put a bolt and nut?

Shitty ground will show less voltage than what battery reads normally. Easy to see. Two amps on same driver fucking up!?!? Ohm out the coil on the driver. Impedance could be throwing every amp you hook up to it into protect. All, easy to see with a meter. Has this been fixed yet? Like Ky says check the impedance of your coil(s), voltage at amp etc. Its either voltage, impedance, or thermal. Based on the comments it sounds like it's voltage though I can't see the pics.
