Probably get 30d and still fit amp and a battery or 2.

But width is gonna have to stay 34 or won't shove in.

Build a box out of cardboard and see if it fits without moving any of the sides. I couldn't get 2 15s in my 07 Spectra. 

Does your mom know you are going to tear her car apart with 2 15s and 7k? Do you have the electrical to support 7k in a rio?

I have the electric figured out. 

 

She said just make sure nobody in the family can tell it's in there lol

 

She's excited for aftermarket radio though ??

use 1 15" instead of 2..... I cant figure out how you must use a 10" x 20" port when you dont have the box volumes? where are you getting this magical 40hz tune

If you're going to try to fit 2 15's in there you might be better of using a slot port that way you can bend it. It will also be shorter to give you your desired length assuming you use a standard slot port that shares 3 of it's walls with the box.
