Nightmare9400 Posted September 22, 2017 Report Posted September 22, 2017 SMD forum Looking to replace my current batteries (Optima Yellow Tops d35s) ive been running 3 of them fr the past 6-7 years an haven't had any issues at all . One of my posts on the yellow top under the Hood cracked on me and they are also sitting at 11.7 voltage. So I think it's time to get some fresh batteries. Which brings me to think about changing them to more stereo accustomed batteries and more powerful like kinetik. 3 optima yellow top is equal to one of the kinetiks cca wise, kinetik hcblu2000. But ice also never had issues with my yellow tops so it's making it hard to make a decision. So definitely need some input for all the bassheads here. Thanks! Current setup, 2 massive audio p1500 bass amps, 2 p800.4 sounds amps, running a h.o apt, powering 4 dc 12s, 6 m8 pro audios, 4 m6 pros, 4 Mt1 power bullet tweeters, pioneer 6300by head unit, soundstream processor.
