Joe X Posted May 11, 2018 Report Share Posted May 11, 2018 3 15s in 8 net would be 2.6 net per driver, too low for those 15s, not to mention that you would need more port area for 3 drivers and that would increase port displacement which in turn reduce the net volume per driver below the 2.6 net, 4 12s instead could run very well in 8 net having a total cone area close to the 3 15s.
