4 Woofers in the Doors - Change my mind

Vehicle - 2018 Ford F150 Super Crew XLT

My Amp is capable of putting out 500RMS x 2  4ohm and 750RMS x 2 2ohm

My plan is 1 in each door Left Front/Rear in parallel  & Right Front/Rear in parallel

Depending on if I get the 4ohm or the 8ohm version ill either be Driving them both at Rated RMS 250 each or over powering them by 100RMS Any thoughts ?

Also problems with having 1 in each door ? ppl say no rear speakers how much of a noticeable difference will it make really my goal is to be loud as possible and clear when the doors are open, when driving alone with windows up it would be nearly as loud and it would just be me in the Truck

This fellow does some really amazing stuff with door panels.  If you are going to fab some stuff out, why not put some 8" subs in there instead of the 6.5"s?  Check his channel out...

Because its  2018 im not yet ready to butcher my doors , believe me I have 8inch drivers on hand already but im just going to upgrade the 6.5inch to higher power and keep them in the factory location.

Time alignment problems are all BS ? like I said goals are to be as loud as possible when doors open but still clear. im not Fiberglas so they will be behind the factory door panel/grills. Will find somewhere to put my tweeters

This is not an SQ car, so I dont time align.  However, my rear speakers are technically about the same distance away from my head as the front speakers, since the car is small.  Heres another pic with the passenger seat removed to show how close together they are.

You mentioned that you wanted LOUDS.  Someone thats more into SQ may have more to add than I have, but I think putting the stock speaker grills over your new 6.5s are gonna cause you more trouble (breaking up the waves, reducing loudness, etc) than having 6.5s in your rear doors.

While not knowing the specific design of your new Ford's door, I would be looking at whether or not it could actually support such a hefty woofer in it's stock form and how much that stuff would rattle.  You may be doing some mods anyway.  Just throwing that out there, and you probably are aware of all that already.

Any area that is blocked by the grill will reduce loudness.  Just something to keep in mind.  You can install your speakers, play them without the grill (maybe) and then play them with the grill.  If you dont like the attenuation due to the grill, you can persue a cloth mesh grill or just cut a nice round hole in them.

6.5" speakers in (damn-near) any door is OK. Dont let rattles get you down.  I arguably have the cheapest car on the market (the only one with a lower MSRP in 2015 was a Toyota Yaris and the SmartCar) and I'm running 10K in subs alone.  Torn both front and back windshield seams, currently tearing the rear door seams...

Build what you want and when you find rattles you fix them and move on.  Thats how car audio works.

My $0.02.
