South_Tx Posted March 8, 2019 Report Posted March 8, 2019 I just bought 3 12s w3v3 for 250 bucks in excellent condition my question is should I go ported or sealed ? I have a lot of space for any type of enclosure..I want some good sq and I listen to all types of music Thanks in advance

ckeeler11 Posted March 8, 2019 Report Posted March 8, 2019 Depends on your goals really. I would say since you like all kinds of music to tune on the low side with their low Fs and decent QTS they are good candidate and should perform well for what you want.
image91 Posted March 9, 2019 Report Posted March 9, 2019 Nice score indeed. i was actually considering three of these as well but looking for something with a slightly smaller net volume if possible. In my opinion, 30Hz is a nice sweet spot for various types of music.
