Joshdashef
When you say the batteries kept dying do you mean they went below like 12v? That might just be a parasitic drain or do you mean when you are playing music your batteries can't stay above 12v? In that case check your alternator I've got a very similar situation but a D3400 rear and a D5100R up front with a mechman 240. My voltage is never below 13.7/8 most of daily listening it stays at 14.1/2 DC 2k and RF P600x4 SMD Tool Map (2022): https://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/220267-smd-tool-map-2022/ My Port Size Calculator (in progress): https://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/217087-port-size-calculator-in-progress/ Common Port Walls for a Slot Port: https://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/217076-common-port-walls-why-it-matters-to-your-box/?tab=comments#comment-3240313
slowfkncar
That mech 270 is more than enough for what you have, explain your situation in detail and there are plenty here that could help. Start with how your battery died and type of batteries? Type of cables and how you crimped them? Grounding point?
