Why do you want to go from 12s to 10s? That would decrease output. I can help you with an enclosure design either way but idk why you want to downgrade in size/cone area.

Main reason why, I don't like them. (Cylinder Volume) the old school 12s have an Xmax of 6mm just figuring volume for single movement each 10 is significantly more. 0.0242 cu ft  vrs 0.0168 cu ft  Difference of .0074 X 4= .0296 or .0968 vrs .0672 for all 4.

Newer subwoofers have the same xmax no matter the size of the subwoofer as long as they are the same brand and model of subwoofer. So that doesn’t matter. What kind of amp are you running on your subwoofers? I can help you. I just need to know more.

That’s why you’re not impressed with the bass. That and the xmax on your subwoofers and the enclosure(s). Kenwood amps don’t put out that much. I had a kenwood amp one time and was pissed about it. I’d recommend getting another amp. Check out taramps. They have cheap amps that do rated. So you’re gonna need to revamp your amp too.

There’s different options you can choose on that amp. You can choose the 1 ohm, 2 ohm or 4 ohm version.

Amp does it; rated power plus more. Will consider it on the next one.

What Program would you suggest i use to design an enclosure?

He offered to build you one just saying dude is good <img src=">

I'm sure he is, very passionate about audio. Just Costs to much to ship 2 sub boxes. Besides, I have a lot of spare time right now.
