Jonathan91v8
I got a 150.4 skar amp for my mids and highs. On the skar website it says the inputs are for 4ga wire. Would running a 2ga or 1/0 wire around 25ft be an over kill? Or should i just save a little bit of money and just get tbe 4ga?
Dafaseles
They make aftermarket inputs that you put into the amplifier inputs and you can put larger gauge wire into the amplifier. People do it all the time. As long as you still use the proper fuses, there won't be a problem https://skyhighcaraudio.com/pair-1-0-to-4ga-amp-inputs-w-heat-shrink/ 2011 Chevy Silverado under construction My build log here. Jonathan91v8
I have couple of those connectors. I just want to know if the 1/0 would be an over kill for this amp
