Aero Ports

i have been looking on here and other places and i cant find anywhere to buy aero ports is there someone that knows where i can find them. and what size should i use? im going to try and build a new box but make the port come through the back deck.

my trunk looks like this

im going to try and build a box in the bottom where it dips down same as this

but have the port go up and blow through the back deck some how

any body have an idea of how to pull this off or if its even possible? a friend told me to use pvc pcv so that i can bend it to the right position

I wouldn't bend PVC, it will distort the inner diameter and it is a PITA. If you build the box under the rear deck just like a reg ported box but have the port going out of the box instead of into it. Secure the box to the trunk floor and align the port to the rear deck before you cut out the metal and top of the deck. Build a trim ring for the deck or use extra 6x9 speaker grills to cover the holes and you are done.

there is no room under the deck to build

the wall you see is the gas tank and above that there is only 10 to 12 inches so im 4 to 6 inches short. i wasnt thinking of bending the pipe just using the elbow pieces to angle the port
