decided to go sound quality instead of spl and use a skar vd 8 for the bass should i go sealed or ported

I ended up going with the stereo integrity sql 12 for the smaller sealed box size of 1 cf plus poly fill over the bigger box of the 12 idmax.

They both (iDmax and SQL) can work in the same box size and 1 cubic feet sealed is more than enough for either so try them both and let us know which you liked better.

I have the v2 idmax 12 it uses a larger box than the newer editions.
