I would do the first ones, the 4"s, I have had some experience with those, they sound pretty good, but dont do anything less than 12dboct xover

the tweeter, dunno bout it, never used it

I have a ritual called "terminator". I crouch in the shower in the "naked terminator" pose. With eyes closed I crouch for a minute and visualize either Arnie or the guy from the 2nd movie. I then start to hum the T2 theme. Slowly I rise to a standing position and open my eyes. It helps me get through my day. The only problem is if the shower curtain sticks to my terminator leg. It sorta ruins the fantasy.

Im not really sure on what your looking for, but if your looking for advice from the SQ people Im going to have to assume you are doing a sq setup??

That being the case imo I dont think you will find any speakers on parts express that could be used in a sq setup..

SQ + Cheap = Not happening.

Now on the other hand

Loud + Cheap = parts express

You probably already know this, but keep in mind that tweeters like that one are actually about 4-5" diameter with the housing, the actual tweeter dome is the 1". :D
