So here is a suggestion, power: to subs rated, amp subsonic filter to 28Hz, minimum port clearance 7 in", figure is just an assembly guide:

This is 5cubes per sub after displacements tuned at 33.5hz? Which will play 28hz - 45hz? Just to be sure I'm understanding. As for the box are you able to show the port in the box better? I assume the port turns up and the motors will sit infront of the bend?

Yes about 5 net per driver and about 33Hz tuning.  Tuning is nominal though, if your box sits about 7 in of the rear gate, tuning drops further.  Subs are closest to the front wall of the box and port is closest to the back wall.

 

Try to figure out how your stuff will fit and how to build the box, let me know how it  goes, design is not final.
