Sub location in relation to port entrance/exit

Quick and simple question. All the threads I could find dealt with port location on the enclosure. My port is set where it will be.
My Q is A or B: Where should the 2 subs be mounted: A or B?

When you have more than one sub you pick a spot in which both subs will see the same load so not B.
