lol actually it looks bad cuz the amps still have the plastic on them.  the amps are fine not even scratched up.  the amps came out of the comp car that was just sitting since world finals.

oh and now people are trying to compare 2 12's burping to my setup HAHAHAHA on CA.com forum. http://www.caraudio.com/forum/showthread.p...331#post2546331

trying to compare a guys box with 4 15" 9515s tuned to 39hz compared to my ssx *keep in mind an SQL sub*  tuned to 30-31hz roughly.

*makes me laugh*

ya some people just dont "get it".

i personally made 2 12's in a CRX do a 152.xx at the dash and a 154.5 in the kick on 4,000 watts.  It was VERY easy i might add.  Im not dumb, i would bet my paycheck yours is louder and deeper even though the numbers are similar.  I mean that 'rex is only about 4db off what i have and theres no comparison when it comes to the way it actually sounds.  This is why im tired of competing. Its more about whether your car itself meters good or whether or not you get the pressure to hit the mic just right and not really whos truely the loudest any more. Even some of the extreme vans that are doing a 170 at the dash might only do a 145 if you move the mic to the other side of the windshield.  Not saying they are weak by any stretch because 170 is no joke but there is a lot of manipulating the interior to get the pressure to just that one spot.

some of those guys are dont-knows so dont sweat it man your doin your thang..especially considering you JUST slapped it together a couple days ago.  I got mad props for you to keep your back seat as well.  How many cars BUMPING a 152+ can still seat 6 ?  (raises hand)

even though i read a comment you made about "meade shouldnt have used rockford amps" on some other forum.....ill let it slide, i got your back on this one G.

That's me agreeing all the way there man, and with Meade. Numbers matter to some people, but if they bitch at you, just let them sent in there, total mind change. People are asses, big ass when you got something better then them, they'll make you feel like shit, but smile man, you've got a badass setup, I'm reaching for 152.3, that was my old score with my 2004 setup, when the TL Sensor wasn't quite so harsh. 2006 TL I would have been lucky to see a 148. The ear tells all. You know what it does, I know your ass is happy with a 152. I would die if I see a 154 next year, it can be done, but with 12,000 watts it's going to be thuff. But you got this, when are you finishing the box and what with?

i hear that all the time too "whats the tahoe hittin on the mic" ......im almost embarrased to say "about a 157-158" because they always know someone that does a 170.  I then go "well is your boys shit louder than this" and let it rip.......it goes straight to "maybe he didnt do a 170 if thats a 157" lol

still, way to many mics out there.....i may as well just tell them my number on the old mics which is mid 60's and call it done.  If they know what a TL is then i can tell them the real number  :D

some guy at one of the shows got pulled over on the way over to the show, Cop saying music was too loud. guy says What kinda mic do you have to prove it, if it aint a TL then your mic is wack. Cops says i dont need a mic to tell you its loud, guys says yeah you do, you have to have proof that i am achieving over 120db. cops just  shruggs and tells him to be safe and walks away....

can anyone say ownage?

note: 120db is the decibals that is considered "excessive noise in d-town"

that cop must have been soft, try that shit here and see what happens - You dont need a meter to tell someone it can be heard 50feet away.
