what 18" older 18 or trf? what power? do you have the lpf/hpf mixed up? what amp? 4.1 cubes is kind of small for an 18 depending on which you have.. check your amp settings.

its a really old 18 about 7 years old if not older an the amp is a 980 power accoust an the mix up is off an i did fuck with my amp it really didnt do anything its a single coil an the rms is like 300 so i think that amp is doing the job but i might need a bigger amp becasue when i cut the system off it bumps one time an all the times i have seen that the amp was up to high
