Got A New Job At A Local Audio Shop

Recommended Posts

i looked at all those.

all are ven bookmarked for if i ever have any questions, you guys think i dont know shit but i do know enough. EDIT: although i dont think you can ever know or learn enough, didnt mean for it to sound like that. just wanted to get my point across that i know more then most my age.

i really cant afford to go to any schools right now but i do plan too.

Thats great and all...but equates to less than jack sh*t.

knowing more than "most your age" only APPROACHES meaning something when you have lived a LIFETIME (80~100yrs)..."knowing more than most 18yr olds"...I wouldn't hold up as my shining attribute if I were you.

Just learn some humility, listen when EXPERIENCED folks give you pointers, take notes, and learn anything you can...I'm not hating you you man, I'm telling you how to succeed at what ur doing...There are waaaay too many "installers" out there that wear that title as a qualification of decent/good system building....

a pro-ball player can ride the bench all yr... for yrs on end, getting 100's of thousands of $$....but does the fact that he's "a pro baller" make him any good?

Don't ride the bench/be the title hugger... get ur practice on/skills up and show folks what you can do.

-& if not....fail.

Man, I wish I was 18 and knew everything again ;)

Designing, building, and shipping boxes. Yahoo IM - kingsuv00If the listening level is too loud, please inform the driver, so he can promptly pull over, and let you out.

not many cars can get me to pluggin my ears but this one.......damn. I mean the first minute is ok but that thing just really starts digging deeper and deeper in your earhole till you cant stand it no more. Seems like it does it with relative ease....16 12's on 8 amps.........gotta love it. :)

No worries.

If your really putting time into a shop, then keep your nose pointed in it. The little prefab stuff is a good building block for the real deal.

Seems as when people start working at car audio shops all of a sudden they know this and that and everything else.
