bass buster
I have a level 4 15 which i wil be putting 1.7k into. I will be tuning at 30hz, what would be the largest recommended box size for streetbassing. I have 2 15s in 10 cubes tuned to 40hz and they scored really badly at dbdrag. 144.8 at 40hz with 3.4k on the pair. When i was tuned to 30hz I scored 146.

Decaf
what car... and u dont burb at ur tune frequency! if ur tuned to 40 u should burb at ~47-52hz depending on what suv/hatch u have and id do 3-4cuft per 15 after displ. so 10cubes for 2 is a bit much, almost 3 cubes too much personally id do 13cuft w/200 sqin port tuned 5-9hz below ur cars peak

bass buster
so what tuning got the 146.1? My box was tiuned to 30hz, in an 8 cube box. My peak frequency was 40hz. My car is a family 5 door hatchback with the box in the boot, subs and port firing up towards the rear screen.
Decaf
4cubes is fine for spl but more is cuft after that shouldnt help at all u really need to run a sealed box w/flat response so u can find the cars peak.... this can drastically add db's fast once u find it.... its worth the time and how much power is each 15 getting? 1,700 each?
