Forceww
Alrighty here....im buyin two Fi btls from Exposport. They are D1 so im tryin to figure out an amp that will actually PUSH them. But i need to do it with one amp because I really dont wanna put my electrical through .5 ohm stress. So im lookin for ideas of an amp that is like 4000 TRUE watts rms or more to really make these btls push. Im lookin to spend about 800 bucks if possible. Maybe a little more. If you got any ideas lemme know guys...thanks. hotshot27
the higher end ones are pretty much true watts with good electrical, but avoid the lower power models [same situation as crunch and 3000D and lower crunch models] Quote Current Setup: Factory HU with LOC mids/highs-Insignia components Sub- E8 in bass tube Amp- sae-1200d Show Setup: HU-Sony MEX-1HD (brings massive respect for sony) fronts - Infinity Kappa perfect comps rears- Infinity Kappa coax mid/high amp - Autotek 5600 Subs - 2 RE SE 15's Sub Amps - 2xSAE-1200D Box - 5cubes sealed Wire- Lots of Knu 1/0 SECOND SKIN

Shinju
Autotek years 92-2000 Good! mm4000 is pretty much going to be hard as hell to find The new newer Autotek amp line I cannot comment on because I havent used any of it Except for the SX900x and it was decent. 800 bones for that kind of power is going to be very very hard to find, Unless you can get a good used amplifier that wasn't totally beat on I would just spend the money to buy a new amplifier. Just my thoughts. Might want to give this guy a PM this is a solid amp http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/ind...showtopic=25819 Edited July 24, 2008 by Shinju
