2001JeepGrandCherokee Posted July 24, 2008 Report Posted July 24, 2008 Well, for only having two 12's my car shakes a hell of a lot. The middle computer thing in my jeep shakes like hell, its the thing with the temp and gas milage. Makes a horrible noise, dont know how to fix it. Everything is tight but the plastic still flexes. Any suggestions? Would deadener help this?
EricM9104 Posted July 24, 2008 Report Posted July 24, 2008 Deadener might help.... possibly expanda-foam, be careful with that shit though, when it gets hot, it'll expand. 2015 Honda Civic LX 4dr | 110k miles | Stock 1996 GMC Yukon SLT 4dr 4wd | 260k miles | JVC Head-unit
roscoe1129 Posted July 24, 2008 Report Posted July 24, 2008 what I did in the suburban was take it apart and kinda seal the moving parts with a small amount of clear silicone. Worked real well for 4 18's and over 15000 watts Some people need a sympathetic pat... on the head...with my hammer Scientia est Vox "In Nomine Patris et Filii et Spiritus Sancti" DONT BE AFRAID TO USE THE SEARCH BUTTON!!!
