iv bought a 18 inch solo x and this is only my second system so i dont know a hole lot bout them but what would yall recommend for it batter cap alternator wise i really need help i have two kicker 2500 watt amps and all the wiring 1/0 guage but any suggestions are greatly appreciated

Well you'll need bout 6500 watts of electrical power from somewhere, so look at a 250+ alternator. Battery wise, i'd say two good 100Ah deep cycles, Powermaster'd be my pick. With all of that you don't really need a capacitor, just good as they reduce voltage drop.

Oh and Big 3 with all that, Chassis to -ve, engine to -ve, +ve to alt, but you probs already know dat.

With those two amps you most likely smoke that sub if your not careful.

nah to be honest i dont know much bout puttin in a system i mean i installed my first one but it wasnt anything hard its a 12 inch sony explod which for the money sounds great but idk what the chassis -ve, +ve etc means if u could explain tht would be great

01 Durango, my friend has a 02. I think they are the same. You have alot of room to work with. Budget?

yeah theres a ton of room and i dont plan on spendin more then six grand
