i didnt quite understand that post either but i dont think he means that- (just how purely retarded it would be to think the length doesn't matter)

yes adding length will decreasing the tuning freq

That box is crazy stuff. I had to stare and turn my head to figure out what was going on. :) Keep on plugging on that thing. You are bound to come across some crazy setup that whangs like mad. I likes.

Awesome man, thanks

I HAVE A QUESTION

Okay, so HYPATHETICALLY speaking, IF an aero port had a bubble in the middle of it, how would it affect the tunning frequency?

He was saying with the ports external like that it doesn't take any internal box volume. He then said that longer would be lower tuning. Which is correct.

My guess would be that it would introduce a lot of port noise. I say this because when the air comes out then hits your "expansion chamber" when it's forced to compress back down to the smaller port to exit it would create turbulence and noise.

I've got a little update..

I put 4 bass amps in the car

2 Optima batteries, and 2 lead acid batteries

1 160 amp alternator

and I'm dropping to 8.5 volts! :shok::blink::angry:

I'm gonna throw 4 more lead acid batteries in and do the big 3 and see where I'm at.
