Eskii
I'm not to worried about a "clean" look. The subs are going to be right behind my seat. My only question is. Will it work? And i kinda like the look of big ass bolts coming out my sub. Well i say keep it simple!!! Analogie.... NASA couldn't use pens in space, so they put $2million into pressurized pens. Russians used pencils.... lol Quote Previous: 1988 Nissan Patrol Rockford T800.4 Rockford T1 15 (sealed) Rockford 6.5 Components Current: 1997 Jeep Wrangler Build goals... 1x RF P300.2 4x Hertz HCX165's Built Completes Alpine 9886 Headunit RF P300.2 RF P500-1bd 2x RF P2-D2 8" Subs, 1.3 cubes @39.5Hz 4x Hertz HCX130's Current comment... Noobtastic14
he doesn't want to use Tnuts he wants to use a normal bolt with a nut and lock washer. yes it willl work- no its not the best way... make sure you find a way to drop some lock-tite on the threads. -Drew Quote I am a United States Military Arts and Crafts Professional. Noobtastic14
I agree. I'd do Tnuts as well- but to each his own and if he wants to go through a bit extra effort for the look he desires so be it. we've told him the alternative its up to him to know what he is getting into and decide himself. -Drew Quote I am a United States Military Arts and Crafts Professional. Guest aseanj52
Or 1. Drill out holes to 1/4 inch 2. Press in bolts 3. Place subs over bolts 4. Tighten Edited July 29, 2008 by aseanj52
