do you have a tach already? what kind of car?

No, I don't have a tach in it now thats why I was asking. :)

92 Dodge Dynasty. Not sure why, but I want a tach in it to feel cool. :8)

Its a 4-Speed auto.

wow im sorry, but lol....

Im pretty sure you can, but you have to wire it up to the distributer cap/ coil some where.

I forget what it is, but I know it can be done.

if your car has a stock tach you can just splice or scotchlock off that wire.

are you going to put on a big spoiler and a coffee can muffler too?? :wacko::lol::D

I thought about the spoiler but decided not to waste all my cardboard on it. :rofl: :rofl:

yes. find that wire, and run it to the signal wire on the tach that you buy.

edit: dont run that wire to the tach, but tap a wire into that one, and run the TAPPED wire to the tach lol

So if I understand you correctly, basically splice/tap into the wire and run it to the signal wire on the tachometer?
