Custody is determined strictly on the best interests of the children... in any state period. She should give me a call 1-800-DIVORCE They Take the Financial stability in to play as part of the determining factor of best intrest. It's a shitty way to go about it unfortuantly but it has been done time and time again. I am a Full custodial parent abd this type of situation sucks to go through. I say get a lawyer that is the biggest cocksucker you can find and ask him what to do.
