Sleepwalking

recently ive been waking up every few hours in the night. just randomly. so i was talking to my gf on the way to her dads yesterday and told her i hadnt been geting much sleep lately, she preceeded to say i know as we sleep in the same bed. and said sometime last week i got up around 3:30 a.m. and was throwing boxes across the room. i have no recollection of this and she even said i spoke to her.

ive slept walked (grammar??) before and almost got shot by my dad, ended up in there room pulling on his foot in the pitch black dark.......and to make it better the other night i walked from my room on the opposite end of the house to the couch in the living room, my lil bro who was watching tv asked me what i was doing and he thought i went to bed, and i just kept walking past him. i have no memory of this either.

has anyone here ever slept walked? what did you do to cure it? and what came of it?

it is usually caused by alot of stress. you mind gets stuck in rem sleep i believe. i used to sleep walk alot when me and my wife bought our house. i would walk outside to check the mail at like 3 in the morning. it got cured when i was taked to jail. i sleep nekked. thank god i didnt have to register as a sexual offender. i live right across the street from a high school

my mom told me when i was younger "like 6-7yrs old" the neighbor from down the street brought me back to the house at like 4am.. she saw me walking down the street on her way to work one morning..

i guess i got up outta bed, walked down stairs, opened the front door and away i went in my underwear.

after that i fell down the steps on another occasion in the middle of the night around 8yrs old i think she said..

not sure if i do it anymore, i guess not cause my girl never says anything..

that seems super scary. they say not to wake up someone that is sleepwalking because they can start throwing arms and legs and can really hurt themselves or the person waking them up.

story: my friend actually had his brother sleepwalk. he found him in the bathtub sitting down and splashing water around.

i used to attempt to climb up the walls when i was around 10, i did it for two years off and on, my parent's thought i was possessed lol. they'd try to wake me up and id come out screaming shit about spiders and other stuff. i remember it very vaguely. i watched a show, unsolved mysteries i think where apparently a father was sleep walking so they tied a bell to him when he slept, one day they woke up and never found him....but that is unsolved mysteries and anyone who grew up watching that knows of those stories haha.
