Is it warping from all the heat and the paint from the heat

Im not worried about the paint at all, but if you look at the door gaps the car seems to be sagging in spots, I need to raise the car up off the ground, Im kinda worried I might kink some body parts, I guess well find out in the next week or so.

Well David...ya know what that means......All the more reason to weld the back doors shut

I have thought about that, I dont think Im good enough with the mig to do that kinda work myself.

meade and I discussed some ideas yesterday on how to fix it, its gonna be tricky I think.

If you cant fix it then you could just weld it shut and have an extreme vehicle

damn david... it is starting to come together.. you know you wont have to do much work to get that jetta to lay frame with all that weight in it :) a car layin frame is sexy

what are you going to use to cover up the steel?? mdf or sheet metal?

IM A LOW LIFE SCAMMER SO I WAS BANT....TEH HAMMA is NOT my friend

it would cost thousands more to make this car lay frame, the front end is the problem because you cant make the top strut mount any taller, you would have to make your own suspension from scratch, I dont have that kind of money.

the steel will be covered with Baltic birch.
