cut a third baffle for the flush mount.

it looks oh so sexy and adds even more strength. just make sure your fingers are out the way or well, you know

but it looks hella sexy.

is that just resin or is there mat in it to?

I prolly will end up cuttin a third baffle. But that wont be til I buy another sheet of wood and get my other amp hooked up too. I just used plain resin. I just used like 4 layers of it. I used resin to create the 45 degrees in corners and what not.

i could be mistaken but i dont believe resin adds any strength by itself.

ive got a friend , may03lt and he is tuned to 36 hz which me and him think its just a tad to low, so 34 might be a lil low if you plan on metering this machine.

yup at glen bernie they said it peaked at 38

aite everyone so i got the system caught up this weekend started at like two in the morning and this is how it went

this was a mock up of the amp from earlier in the day

then i went and wired and mounted the subs

this is the mess it started with

then i organized lol

Had to get the cd player put in but the dash kit wouldnt let the cd player flip down so a dremel toook care of that quick lol

oh gosh what a mess vvvv

all cleaned up and installed

made the leads for the power and ground

then i installed the amp and put thebox in just as the sun was comin up

mmmm big subs ^^

thats it for now shes bangin and shes loudddd already..future plans are i got my other 400.1 to hook up when it gets fixed, at least 2 more batcap 2000s, another mechman alt sometime, and not too sure on the comps yet

not so much strength, but MDF is a very porous material, so the resin at least helped seal it up
