DC POWER
audiofanaticz Posted September 19, 2008 Report Posted September 19, 2008 well wtf my edit did not work on that post. The big elt 12s are running the same board as the soundstream and hertz monster amps too. I think cactus and hertz are rated around the same, while the soundstream is far behind.

CS Elt.8 70cm X 32cm X 7cm 4kw @ 2ohm. CS Elt.12 80cm X 32cm X 7cm 6kw @ 2ohm. All Test @ 14V. All amps can be used @ 18V. All amps have 1 pcb inside. But still, 4 power/4 ground? must have massively insane specs Edit: based on the post right before mine, its not as big and bad as I thought, unless it was 1ohm, or 0.5ohm capabale but none the less, impressive to some extent I have a ritual called "terminator". I crouch in the shower in the "naked terminator" pose. With eyes closed I crouch for a minute and visualize either Arnie or the guy from the 2nd movie. I then start to hum the T2 theme. Slowly I rise to a standing position and open my eyes. It helps me get through my day. The only problem is if the shower curtain sticks to my terminator leg. It sorta ruins the fantasy.

They claim 12,000 watts at 1 ohm. and its 1 pcb.. not two mono amps in one case.
