i dont trust people at best buys' comments on audio systems. 95% of them dont know absolutely anything. your better off getting reviews from a trusted audio site like this one.

thats why im here getting you opinions. Just cant decide grrrr....

PS- Ill be having 2 12inch if that helps you

The reason he said the type R will crush the L7 is because Best Buy doesn't sell kicker. Go to Circuit City and listen to the L7, then go to Best Buy and listen to the Type R then choose.

Im not sure even if we have Circuit City here in Canada BC

If I get the Kicker L7 ill be running the BXi 1608D (800rms) or the Kicker 1500.1 (750rms) and for the Type Rs JL Audio 1000/1 (500rms)

You will be happy with both...Ive owned a 12" L7 and loved it...Ive also heard Type Rs and loved them...

Just choose one...

The L7s will hit harder given the right power..

ummm I think you have your amp output a little off.....the 1500.1 does around 1700-1800wrms @ 2ohm and the 1000/1 does 1000wrms @ 1.5-4ohm.

So that Hifonics Amp will put 900 to each L7? and for the JL amp will ti give me pure 500rms for the type R's?
