finkster Posted October 14, 2008 Report Share Posted October 14, 2008 well i bought a used ipod...and i paid for it on friday...and i dont see that it has been shipped yet...i bought it from a person, not a company and it also happened to be their first item they sold lol...so i took a chance...I paid via paypal...so im hoping i get my money back if this person decides to fuck me... But how long do u guys normally wait unti its been shipped? and have u ever had to resolve a problem with paypal? Torres Posted October 14, 2008 Report Share Posted October 14, 2008 most of the time i get my things relatively quickly. sometimes it takes a couple weeks, rarely even longer. sometimes the person is just lazy to get it shipped out i've had to have one thing resolved through paypal. i bought a computer/monitor for $322 (was gonna keep the parts from the PC i wanted and monitor and sell the rest), so i paid for it, and later that same day i got an e-mail that the auction is possibly fraud. so i filed a claim through paypal which withheld the money until something could be resolved. never got a response from him, and i only got $200 back out of the 322 but better than nothing i suppose Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
bangin_explorer Posted October 14, 2008 Report Share Posted October 14, 2008 yeah i bought a AB SQ440 off ebay from someone that only had 1 "sale" and that was back in 06, it took his lazy ass 2 1/2 weeks to ship my amp. i filed a paypal claim and that seemed to get his ass on the ball.. i sent him like 6 emails in that 2 1/2 week time frame and got no response, but once that claim was filed he seemed to "appear" out of no where saying it was shipped, sorry for the delay, and like 3 days later i finally got my amp.. but usually i get a tracking #, or the item in a few days. good luck man..
