Bass Race Drinking Game Idea

BASS RACE Drinking Game

(Do not forget your DD)

Story behind the game:

You and your friends are at the shop late at night practicing your Bass Race skills and decided you want to make Bass Race a little more interesting than usual. You go to the fridge because you are thirsty and grab a drink and stumble upon a case of beer and think to yourself “hmmm this might make things interesting.”

RULES:

- You still have all the same rules of Bass Race BUT there is a little (or ALOT) alcohol involved.

How?

You can compete with anyone in any class that you choose. So if you cannot do a 49.9 and the other guy can, you can go ahead and compete in your 39.9 class and he can stay in 49.9 if he wants. There is no early start in the Drinking version of the game because you know your reaction times later on that night might be a little slower than usual.

If you want you can do this 1 at a time if you only have a single sensor term-lab.

READY

SET

GO

You start your run. Since there is no busting out you can either start early or late but the further you are from your projected class the more you are going to have to drink so keep that in mind.

How do you figure out how much you have to drink? Well that’s easy. You have to take a drink for every tenth of a db you are away from your projected score. So if you go over you have to drink that many or if you are below your score you have to drink that many.

Say Lane 1 is in the 39.9 class and does a 39.2 he has to take 7 drinks to get up to his 39.9 score.

Lane 2 is in the 49.9 class but manages to bust out at a 50.2 he has to take 3 drinks.

So if you are REALLY bad at Bass Race you will be drinking a lot throughout the night. 1 db off your score that is 10 drinks. 1.5db off that’s 15 drinks…….. This could make for a long night.

If you have any questions/additions/suggestions to this game feel free to chime in.

I also have a 2nd game idea of having to chug a beer in the middle of your run and still see how well you can manage your perfect score!

DRINK RESPONSIBLY
