The set up your talking about would sound great in my Tahoe. Trade you my dog for it. He has one eye but that only makes for bad depth perception so hey so what if he is running into shit, look at it this way he is easy to sneak up ninja style on. (right side only)

Truck = $5,000 (only paid $1,400 of it so far)

Old system = ($840) (sold for $500 so technically $340)

New system = ($1,200-$1,400ish)

Gas = roughly $180-$240 a month(....don't wanna talk about it... i get like 15-ish mpg and 220 miles to a full tank (19 gallons) with a stock v6...)

Insurance = Im under 18 and drive a truck... insurance is hell on me...

I get no help from mommy and daddy.... sometime i wish i did but in ways im glad i wasnt just handed shit.

and im still in highschool... If i had a better job and worked full time my truck would be paid off, my system would be insane, and id be able to attend the shows here... lol im broke now.

Lol that seems just like what I'm doing...

Old car = $200 (put $600 into it)

New car = $1,000 (put alot of work and $2,000 into motor work and tires)

Old system = $500 (sold some of it $200)

New system = $1,500-$2,000 (depends on voltage drop)

Gas = IDK $120 a month

Insurance = I'm 17 I drive a Talon TSi (turbo = FTL in this case).....INSURANCE RAPES ME

somewhere around 5k for audio, prob 2k on repairs

this car has definately seen like 4 hu's, 3 different sets of speakers, a few amps, and alot of different subs.

durango before this, dumped prob 6k into, all repairs though....in a year....bad idea to take that thing offroading, punctured a gas tank, 4 new wheels (fancy bf goodriches), 3 thermostat housings, a dif, brakes, transfer case. That truck was the worse thing ever invented....now my sister has it and thinks its the coolest thing ever cuz she got it for free and doesnt pay for gas. My 45 mile commute was a 2-300$/week problem

car before that was a 93 camry....didnt even get it an oil change, blew up after 3 months and scrapped it. My uncle spent like 2k on it trying to make it run(technicaly was going to be my cousins, but he didnt have a license yet, and i lived with them and drove him to school, so it was kinda mine, plus i needed to get to work)

Build: http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/ind...hl=avalon+build

monster/rockford/kicker/stinger cables, pioneer source, jbl highs/amps, kinetik/shuriken batts, iraggi alt, dei security, dc subs(atleast for now)
