I put a little something together for someone who emailed me and ive been meaning to do this for a minute.  Im probably going to start building a box or two or more here and there.  It will be easier for me to build a box and ship then to do something totally custom.  You tell me the size you want and ill take it from there.  Your responsible for it fitting thru your trunk hole, door hole, window or whatever......

dont panic theres lots of options to choose from and i personally think my prices are fair.

If you dont agree with my pricing thats cool keep it to yourself and dont buy one I have no special claims like 10 extra DB, the only real claim is a high quality, great sounding, STOUT box......and good looking too even "nekked".

PM me if interested we will work out timing.  I will accept no cash until i am ready to start your job and even then it will only be a deposit until im ready to ship...you will see pics of your box being built so you know there wont be any "its almost done" bullshit.......you will be able to "track" your box from the time i drop the first blade onto it and even get on webcam and watch me work.  Until i think of anything else to add here is the initial pricing:

Heres an idea where i start.

2/3 - 12's

2/3 10's

2 - 15's

1 - 18

sealed $250  add $25 for each additional driver up to 4 total.

Ported using Tube ports - $300

Ported using Aero (flared) tube ports - add $25 each for parts

Using a slot port - Add $50

Using 2 slot ports - add $75 (one for each pair)

Bracing is part of the build and is included free

Using fiberglass reinforcement on the inside - Add $100

Just Resin on the inside - Add $50

All inside corners 45'd (no right angles in box) add $100 (slot ported includes (1) 45 angle if it requires a bend)

Raw but pretty, you cover - free of course.

Carpeted - Add $75

Custom paint: add $200

Vortex Bedliner add $250

Plexi window add $200

Custom upolstery to match interior (french seemed etc.) - Varies due to materials chosen.  You can get vinyl, leather, exotic skins etc.....all different prices.

Boxes will include 7 feet Rockford fosgate 12GA wire per sub (if 8 or 10ga there will be a slight increase but not much)

Most car systems ONLY need wire to come thru the box in a discreet location of your choice but if you prefer terminals add $10 each for standard spring loaded and $20 each for some nice ones that can accept up to 8ga.  That includes installation and wires soldered on the inside of the terminal.

shipping: due to weight, shipping will vary...i will need to price it when done.

These are just some of the options you can just stick to the basics or cover it yourself.....i can also show you examples of some of the above items that ive done to give you an idea.

Also if you just want a box designed, please see my friends over at Team Toxic......they have VERY nice designs and the prices are good.  Im not particularly interested in just designing boxes for a fee but they will take very good care of you.

Steve you could just open a SPL store, I don't think you've have to worry about people not buying, Here's a thought if you do end up doing something like that. Sale Loaded boxes-systems, buy 2 15" the propare amp to power them, boxes build to specs, or extreme SPL. And sale like that, because over 70% of the people into audio still don't understand the importants of ohm's. So easy just do it for them. Just a thought-idea wanted to throw your way.

i feel you on that....baby steps for me though.  I build a lot locally and am always busy (not to mention im tied up 10hrs minimum at my regular job which isnt car audio related)......but this is my first time dealing with internet boxes so i gotta take it slow.  One box at a time so i dont get myself into trouble.   ;D

oh ya one more thing whiles't i talk to myself here......the above pricing/configurations are subject to change.  Those are the basics though.  I might change a few things around or add options like a double baffle, countersunk subs etc.

lately ive been to busy to even look at my xbox.....i need to get these towers out.  Ill be back on just been tryin to knock em dead on teh boxes lately.  After workin till 5pm and then another 3 - 4 or more on top of that working on boxes a brotha is tired.  Especially after a 9pm hot ass shower.  That tends to take me down for the count.  ;D
