i finally fixed my sunroof and when i had it back yesterday i noticed that the roof came really close to the glass. what have people done to fix this problem. i thought about liquid nailing a piece of wood up there would that work?

what no one has a sunroof with a system and has this problem? come on now i was just asking alright then.

I had a 18 btl in the back seat of my project car, and i broke the arm / track that opens and closes the glass top,

my sunroof was the kind that popped up and went back -

what i did was i got a spare set of arms, just to know i have them, But i used liquid nails on the tracking arms, to make the glass one with the track,-that bolts to the car,.. it helped a lot yet it didn't look like hell.

you may also try and make mini brackets to screw where the glass is held on to the trim of the roof.. where it sits in,

hard to say idk what you drive

I have a sunroof and have had no problems with breaking or leaking. But....the motor does screw up just from being bounced around up there so sometimes if I open it I have troubles trying to get it to close again  Good thing I dont use it much.

I too have a sunroof in my car and no problems what so ever with it. It is a manual one so it's pretty easy to open no matter what. I did break a piece of plastic off of it from all the vibration, and it also broke a piece off the overhead light console. I just used a special plastic epoxy to glue the stuff back in place and it's held with no problems.
