I know they are probably hard to compare to one another, but what would you choose? And explain why you would choose that woofer. This Vs. Randy is a real cool guy to deal with too. i highly recommend them to anyone.. But this builld in my daily driver truck I want something other than Atomic. They are a very very similar woofer, aren't the baskets the same these days as well? travo19 Posted December 6, 2008 Author Report Posted December 6, 2008 ehhh... Wrong! I know from talking with Brandon the XXX is a variant of the 4HP motor. Also the XXX motor is wider but the 4HP's slugs are thicker. The gap in the 4HP is tighter, too. They are essentialy 2 different drivers but somewhat comparable but not in motor specs Ascendant Audio 8 AA Havoc 15's in a 4th order
