Screws Vs Wood Glue

Exactly. Elmers woodglue... lots of it. Gorilla is good, but really expensive, and probably not neccessary.

And since nobody mentioned it, it's a good idea to pilot drill all your screw points, to keep from splitting the edges of your MDF. The correct drill size is critical though.... Too small a bit, and the MDF will split even easier.... Too large, and your screws will not get enough bite, and will strip out. If your not sure what bit is best for your screws, just do a few tests on scrap wood, before you get started.

I usually use both wood glue and screw and fiberglass resin for the inside and sometime I'm going to build a huge box i would double baffles it and add multiple bolts, washer, and nuts.
